Who We House During Rodeo Season
During the Houston rodeo, we primarily work with businesses, vendors, individuals, and boards of directors who need extended-stay housing for the month. Our furnished apartments are set up for teams that are in town for the full run, not just a weekend, so you get a real place to settle into between long days at NRG Park.
A Note on Rodeo Season Rates
Rates for rodeo visitors are higher during this stretch to reflect the demand across Houston during the rodeo. If you are staying with us for medical care, your patient rate stays the same as it is the rest of the year, rodeo season does not change what you pay.
Short Stays During Rodeo Dates​
Because we limit our availability during rodeo season to support our longer-term rodeo and patient stays, requests for shorter stay periods are typically reviewed and confirmed the week prior to check-in. If you need a shorter stay, reach out, and we will let you know what we have available as your date gets closer.

How Close We Are
Every one of our properties sits within two miles of MD Anderson and the Texas Medical Center, and several sit right along Kirby Drive, the same corridor as NRG Park. That means less time in rodeo traffic and more time enjoying the show, the cook-off, and everything else on site. If your stay overlaps with an appointment or a shift at one of the hospitals, you're close to that too.​

The Maroneal

Tucked into a quiet, walkable neighborhood, The Maroneal puts you within walking distance of TMC and MD Anderson. It's a favorite for people who want to leave the car parked for the day and just walk to where they need to be. Several units come with a garden tub to soak in after a long one.
