Step 3: Move in whenever you are ready.

Your unit will be clean, furnished, and set up before you arrive. You bring your bag; we take care of everything else.

Step 4: We are here for the whole rotation.

How short can a lease be for a rotation or internship? We work with stays as short as a few weeks up through multi-year residencies. Tell us your program dates, and we will match you with a lease length that fits.
Do I need to bring any furniture or kitchen supplies? No. Every apartment comes fully furnished, with kitchenware, linens, and towels already set up. You can move in with a suitcase and be settled before your first shift.
How close are these apartments to the hospitals? Our properties sit within a couple of miles of TMC. Sync Med Center is walkable to MD Anderson and Houston Methodist, and several other properties offer a free shuttle directly into TMC.
Can I extend my stay if my rotation or contract changes? Yes. Residency schedules shift, and our leases are built to flex with you. Reach out as soon as you know your dates might change, and we will work out an extension.
Can a partner or family member stay with me? Yes. Many of our residents have a partner or family member with them for part or all of a rotation, and we have units in different sizes to fit.
Is parking included? Most properties include free parking, and several offer gated or covered parking. Ask when you inquire, and we will confirm what is available at your unit.
